China Steel Structure Association 2023 annual Secretary-General work will be held in Harbin
On January 12, 2024, the 2023 Secretary General meeting of the China Steel Structure Association was held in Harbin. Members of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, China Steel Structure Association President Yue Qingrui, executive Vice president Liu Yi, deputy Secretary General Zhang Sumei, Shi Gang, Wang Houxin, Dai Changhe, Harbin Institute of Technology Vice President Liu Ting and the secretary general of the branches and other relevant responsible persons nearly 60 people attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Secretary-General Li Qingwei. The conference was supported by Harbin Institute of Technology.
At the beginning of the meeting, President Yue Qingrui congratulated the convening of the meeting and thanked the leaders of Harbin Institute of Technology, the organizer, and the secretaries general attending the meeting. President Yue highly affirmed the achievements of the association's work in the past year, and also made important guidance for this year's work deployment and development direction.

2024 is the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the China Steel Structure Association, Executive Vice President Liu Yi detailed the relevant planning arrangements for the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the association. The 40th anniversary celebration of the association is the key work of this year, which is of great significance to publicize the development course of the association, continue the cultural inheritance of the association, and further improve the industry influence of the association.
Subsequently, the deputy secretary general of the association and the heads of branches actively spoke, expressed their opinions, and put forward practical and effective suggestions for the development of the association from multiple angles and levels, and offered suggestions for the progress of the industry.
